Procrastination in resolving conflicts deepens and complicates them. Some hard facts need to be faced, frank discussions held and resolute decisions made.
I have observed that these land issues are becoming time bombs if not nuclear ones. For instance take that X sells land in the village to Y who is alligned to another village it means this new land owner has taken that land to another village. This is happening in our villages out there brewing conflicts in process. I do think either the Land Act or the Chief's Act needs to be revisited. Land sales are becoming a problem.
