Originally, I am coming from Mpamantha in Village Headman Jasi, T/A Kalimanjira. Ever since I was young, Mpamantha Health Centre has been a lifesaver not only to the people surrounding this facility, but also to those coming from far and wide. Furthermore, expectant women who need a lot of water on a daily basis are the ones who are heavily affected by the stealing. I would like to salute all concerned citizens, especially the WaterAid team and Owen Nyaka to chip in by covering the story to call for SOS
Nkhotakots district authorities should act on this SOS with the urgency it deserves. A health facility operating without adequate safe water supply risks lives of patients, clients, guardians, visitors & healthcare workers.
