It is almost the end of the rains - not the best time to plant trees for them to survive. We do most of ours before we put our annual crops in, then maintain them with mulch throughout the rainy season and then they are well established and survive well.

The CBO will need to make sure they are monitoring weekly to assure the trees are well mulch, protected and watered. They can use simple drip irrigation with materials they have:
