TNM's Tikolore Promotion Draws Praise from Customers Across Malawi

BLANTYRE, Malawi— Customers of TNM Plc, Malawi's pioneering mobile network and ICT services provider, are expressing enthusiasm for the ongoing Tikolore promotion, which offers various prizes to participants, writes AfricaBrief Reporter.
Madalitso Jonazi, TNM's Head of Brand and Marketing, reported strong customer engagement in the promotion's second monthly draw.
"The promotion is progressing well and as TNM we are excited by the positive reception from our customers," Jonazi said.
"Through Tikolore, we are reaffirming our commitment towards creating a positive impact on our communities."
To date, 854 customers have won prizes in the promotion, which TNM designed to reward customers and showcase its commitment to digital connectivity in Malawi.
Patrick Sekeya, a florist from Manase who won a water pump, praised the promotion's impact on his business.
"Winning a prize from the Tikolore was a wonderful surprise, but what touched me most is the coincidence that the prize resonates with my business," Sekeya said.
Chimwemwe Mtalika from Zomba, who won solar equipment, also commended the initiative.
To participate, customers must spend K1,000 weekly on TNM products or Mpamba services.
