TNM Mpamba partners with University of Malawi to enable safe and convenient tuition fee payments through mobile money platform.
BLANTYRE, MALAWI—TNM Mpamba Limited, a subsidiary of TNM PLC, has partnered with the University of Malawi (UNIMA) to simplify tuition fee payments, writes Judgement Katika.
The integration allows parents, guardians, and students to make secure payments through the Mpamba mobile money platform.
Christopher Sukasuka, General Manager of TNM Mpamba, emphasised the significance of the partnership in expanding the payment ecosystem and promoting financial inclusion in Malawi.
He stated, "Mpamba strives to provide seamless payment capabilities to Malawians, and our partnership with UNIMA is a testament to our growth in the payment ecosystem."
To accommodate different preferences, UNIMA tuition fee payments can be made using either the account number or the invoice number.
Sukasuka explained, "Based on their convenience, students and clients are required to follow simple processes on the Mpamba platform."
