TNM Mpamba Enables Israel Worker Remittances

BLANTYRE, Malawi — TNM Mpamba Limited, a subsidiary of TNM Plc, has launched a new service allowing Malawians working in Israel to send money remittances directly to Mpamba mobile money wallets back home, writes Frank Phiri.
The groundbreaking cross-border financial service results from a partnership between Mpamba and Thunes Hub, which connects various money transfer organizations and mobile network operators globally.
"TNM has observed the growing number of locals going to work in Israel," said Sukasuka, TNM Mpamba's general manager.
"As an innovative company, we've introduced this service to provide convenience, security and accessibility when our people in Israel are sending money back home."
Mpamba users in Malawi can now receive remittances from Israel into their mobile wallets, which can then be cashed out through any TNM agent nationwide.
The service aims to enhance financial inclusion and enable seamless international transactions.
