Sustainability Firm Opens Africa Office to Aid 14 Nations

NAIROBI, Kenya — Organizations in the Southern African Development Community region can further sustainability goals after a support firm expanded by opening a regional office in Lusaka, Zambia, writes Winston Mwale.
Impact Africa Consulting Limited announced the move in a virtual news briefing from its Nairobi headquarters and new Zambia office, vowing more locations across Africa.
Partner and lead consultant Dr. Edward Mungai said the expansion shows IACL's commitment to advancing sustainability continentwide.
“The Lusaka office opening aligns with our dedication to sustainable practices in Africa,” Mungai explained.
“We eagerly bring specialized global and local solutions to more groups in the SADC region, assisting them navigate today’s complex sustainability landscape.”
The firm has helped public and private sectors, development agencies and NGOs in 14 African countries with advising, assessments and training on sustainability.
More than 60 regional clients have utilized IACL’s services like sustainability strategies and carbon credits advisory.
Appointed Southern Africa regional manager Kingsley Kalusha shared his vision saying, “Our regional presence positions us to address needs here effectively, ensuring sustainable growth through tailored services.”
Southern Africa faces major sustainability challenges exacerbated by climate change, even as organizations increasingly see addressing this as crucial.
Economic diversification, blue economy, conservation and urban sustainability also stand to benefit from IACL's proximity.
