In his remarks, President Chakwera reminded the ministers of what his expectations are for a successful tenure in his cabinet, emphasizing the importance of servant leadership.
"I have reminded the ministers of what my consideration of a successful tenure in my cabinet entails," said President Lazarus Chakwera.
"It is my expectation and that of all Malawians to have a cabinet that practices servant leadership to the book.”
According to President Chakwera, it is the expectation of all Malawians to have a cabinet that practices servant leadership in its true sense, with ministers having the right attitude and mindset to serve the Tonse agenda in unity.
He emphasized that it is only by working together as members of one cabinet that the country can achieve significant progress in transforming people's livelihoods through the delivery of essential social services.
