MISA Malawi, DW Akademie Collaborate to Boost Media Training in Malawi

Lilongwe, Malawi– In a groundbreaking collaboration aimed at elevating journalism standards in Malawi, MISA Malawi, in partnership with DW Akademie, concluded a 5-day Advanced Radio Skills training programme, writes Winston Mwale.
This initiative, tailored to address the demands of today's rapidly evolving media landscape, equips media professionals with essential skills to enhance the quality of their work and engage wider audiences.
Chisomo Ngulube, Vice Chairperson of MISA Malawi, expressed pride in this partnership, stating, "We're proud to have collaborated with DW Akademie to provide unique media training opportunities that combine theory and practise, perfectly suited for today’s fast-evolving media environment. To date, the joint initiative has successfully trained 83 broadcasters, fostering a stronger and more informed media community in Malawi.
