Martse continues to earn respect

Malawi: Martin Nkhata, widely known as Martse in entertainment, the Zambian music group, has rekindled the legacy of Malawi's hip hop genius five days after his death.
The Organised Family, whose songs were heard in Malawi's clubs, radio stations, and homes, has paid tribute to the late musician with love and respect.
Martse, according to the three members dressed in t-shirts, was Malawi's hip hop champion.
"We choose to celebrate the life and legacy of the Malawian Hip Hop Guru.. rest in peace our Malawian Hip Hop Champion," said the 'Musomba' group on Facebook.
Martse passed away on Monday, May 23, at Queen Elizabeth Central Hospital in Blantyre, after suffering severe burns in a fire.
The music legend was laid to rest on Wednesday, May 25, at Area 18 Cemetery in Lilongwe, where he was escorted by people from all walks of life.
