The two-day summit, scheduled for June 19-20 at the Bingu International Convention Center in Lilongwe, is being organized by Innotec Creative Solutions (ICS) Africa under the theme "Towards a Robust and Resilient Economic Trajectory, through ESG Adoption."

ESG refers to the three key factors used to measure the ethical impacts of an investment in a company or business.
It has grown in importance as investors increasingly consider environmental, social and governance risks alongside financial returns.
Feza said the forum will showcase best ESG practices, identify bankable sustainable projects for investors in Malawi, and explore critical pathways for business and investment success while prioritizing ESG principles.
A range of participants are expected, including institutional investors, development finance institutions, business leaders, environmental professionals, risk experts and legal practitioners.
"The forum will showcase best practices and innovative solutions that can be employed for ESG Integration in Malawi and also it will identify and highlight bankable long-term sustainable projects and initiatives for ESG investors in Malawi," Feza added.
