Reckitt Country Manager Asif Hashimi said the session provided attendees with the opportunity to hear from health experts on nurturing their skin and harnessing the power of moisturization.

"Dettol Skincare takes skincare to a completely different level as part of that innovation."
Themed "Nurturing Your Skin: The Power of Moisturization," the event featured dermatologists, beauty educators, influencers and enthusiasts.
Fidelia Mwende Nguli, a skincare and beauty expert, said, "Dry skin can bring on signs of aging very quickly, such as wrinkles and fine lines. Well-moisturized skin gives a natural glow, eliminating the need for extensive makeup."
Dr. Tauhida Mbarak, a skin aesthetician, emphasized that poor diet significantly contributes to dry skin: "Some people go eight or nine hours a day without drinking water and consume a lot of junk food. Additionally, using poor-quality cosmetics damages melanocytes, making a 20-year-old look like they are 56."
Dettol Skincare soap keeps skin hydrated and healthy while protecting it 99.9% from disease-causing germs.
"We always advise our clients to use products that are effective for their skin types," added Dr. Mbarak.
"I am impressed by Dettol because it contains glycerin, a gold standard moisturizing agent."
According to Beauty Africa, skincare is the largest segment of Africa's cosmetic market, with nearly 30% of all cosmetic products sold annually in this category.
